The cheaper ones should still be the TYC brand, was like 75ish shipped (total) or something like that.
Yes I have TYC brand headlights. Its not the headlights that bounce its the brackets that come with them......but I run the brackets with no bounce problems, so that whole argument is up in the air. I'd still buy them, they've worked for me.
