    My supercharger makes a loud rattling/grinding noise at idle, but goes away when i accelerate....any ideas what parts i need?

    So lets say someone dyno'd there car and then swapped in just the ceramic bearings what do you think they would pick up horsepower wise.

    Im very interested in doing this the same time i do my air to air intercooler swap
    ported polished gen v, Ahcohol Injection Systems comp. trunk mount stg. 2 meth, 42lb 3" pulley headers built trans, xp hot cam
    blower port and outside polish pm me

    I am lead to believe that if there is any gain, it's negligible, and certainly less than $200 worth of hp.
    Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
    Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
    Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.
