As a member of this site with a '98 Grand Prix GTP , which needs tons of work right now, I'm seriously considering picking up a supercharged Impala. I assume they were only available in 2004 and 2005. I had for a short time a brand new '07 Monte SS ( and loved it), but when money got super tight over the last year I was forced to get rid of it.
Now that my financial situation is finally improving, I'm thinking of selling one of my motorcycles along with my current ride which is an LT1 powered '96 Roadmaster wagon.I still want to keep and eventually work on my GP but until then I'd love to find a nice, clean, low-ish mileage Impala SS. What kind of prices can I expect to find on a one owner ,silver SS with say no more than 45-50 K miles? Also, can I assume they have the very same engine and trans as my GTP? All help is much appreciated.
