places like mopac on 170th st or jb's power centre should have what your looking for
me personally I put colored plastic cut to fit inside the light housing to change the interior lights

in edmonton.

Cap-it just opened a new store in Edmonton..... Cap-it Edmonton Truck, Car and SUV Accessoriea. They have Putco LED and regular bulbs.
Tell them Chris from the warehouse referred you.
As for the bumper..... I've seen several on Kijiji/Alberta lately.
