In this section we will allow those to post praises and issues, the following rules are in place for this to work well.

    PRAISES:
If you would like to praise someone for a good job, keep the title simple to this format: [PRAISE] *Username*

This way, it will be easy for those who are looking to find out more about a seller and/or buyer it will allow them to sift through all the posts that may become a part of this section.

Others may post in this section to say that they have had good/positive experiences with this user as well. Negative feedback will be for your own thread which will be discussed below.

    Simple.

    NEGATIVES/ISSUES WITH A SELLER:
If you are having an issue with a seller, please title the thread in this format: [ISSUE WITH SELLER] *Username*

We would also ask that you format the initial post as to include as much detail as possible.
    Purchase Date (Money Sent):

    Shipped Date (If applicable):

    Received Date (If applicable):

    Claim Date (If applicable):

A good description of what has occurred:

Pictures of the item (good detail, the more the better, don't take them with a Potato)

As an important note, GrandPrixForums.net is not responsible for any transaction that may occur between two users, we carry no liability over the terms of the sale, exchange of money or the conditions that are agreed upon. We are only here to help mediate users and WE CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT YOU USE PAYPAL. Paypal has the means to file claims and disputes with another person and will be your main source for help getting the issue resolved.

With that said, an issue thread should only be opened after 30 days of the purchase date and you have exhausted all measures of communication with the person through PM on here, since Paypal has a 45 day policy to file a claim. Again we can only mediate and help to try and contact the person to help get this resolved outside of having to file a claim.

Only the two people involved, moderators/admins will be allowed to post. If you know the person and have a means of contacting them outside of the forum, you may post letting us know you have contacted them outside of the forum. We will also allow those who have pertinent questions that can help get more information about the situation at hand, in the idea of painting a better picture of the situation.

Random posts, useless posts and just plain nonsense will be deleted; if you continue to repeat after warnings, infractions will be given which can ultimately lead to a ban.

Please...give communication a chance, try PMing the person or contacting them if you have other means of doing so. If you bought something on Monday and start a thread here on Friday because they didn't contact you back or give you tracking info, we will delete the thread. We all have lives outside of the forum, sometimes we get busy, sometimes we forget...these things happen, just have patience. We may ask that PMs/Emails be posted in the thread, please don't add/cut from the original messages, keep them as complete as much as possible. THE NSA WILL KNOW YOU LIED.

You maybe angry, but the best thing you can do is to walk away, go do something else, come back to the keyboard level headed...and just breathe, it is seriously not the end of the world, you will live another day. The calmer you are in your posts the more it will show as the thread grows who is really honest and who is stretching the truth.

    NEGATIVES/ISSUES WITH A BUYER:
If you are having an issue with a buyer, please title the thread in this format: [ISSUE WITH BUYER] *Username*

This is probably a rare situation, but if you feel they are harassing you after the fact because it wasn't what they expected, please post all the information you can provide. We can try and help figure out what is going on, other courses of action maybe required on your end to alleviate the situation.
