I sent EdwardK44 a message to buy his PCM. We agreed on a price.

on April 5th I sent the payment, never heard from the guy on when or if the PCM will ship, so I sent him message on the 13th- 5 days ago and still haven't heard back from him.
I have already contacted my credit card for a charge back and Paypal, EdwardK44 will no reply to messages on here nor Papal regardless of his recent activity on here.

Making others aware, I don't need any advise here. lol

I'm going to add that I had a bit of dealing with them too. It was also sketchy AF and did not go well.

That Gen V he was/is selling; He wouldn't say exactly what he had done to it, as it was 1st advertised as "rebuilt" ..then it was with bearings and seal, not rebuilt ..then it was including the BBV and solenoid he'd already tried to sell another member ..now it's priced at $300 from "Any offer" as low as $110 with the BBV and solenoid still listed elsewhere.

He tried too hard. I bought one from someone else on here more reputable that I'd done business before with.

..when there's a doubt, there is no doubt. Words to live by.

I was going to buy the BBV and solenoid from him, but he seemed too eager to sell it.

Plus, his price was just a bit too high for me. I'll take my chances elsewhere.

    F*CK!! Too late for me.

Sent the guy $50 dollars for all 4 lateral arms this past Friday the 14th. I thought that $50 was a sickkk deal so I sprang for it. We exchanged messages... etc etc. Haven't heard from him. Hasn't responded to messages. Hasn't provided a tracking number. I was starting to get the feeling I got burned... looks like that's true. SUCKS. At least it was only $50.

Even before buying I noticed that he only operated in the "For Sale" and "To Buy" sections. That seemed a little off to me, but went for it anyway.

Again, this topic was not created to ask for advise. it was created to make others aware of the shady guy.

Your input and willing to help is appreciated.
Luckily I have HPT and DHP for 97-03 and 04-07 both with a bench harness. I only needed the PCM out of this guy's 06 to flash it for a local guy. again, thank you!

No problem. And something I've always done, per others' recommendation is go to a salvage yard and just pull the intake. Then all you pay for is an air box ($15 for pick n pull STL). I laughed out loud when I saw his asking price for the PCM, but maybe that's because I'm a frugal salvage rat

I may be speaking too soon, but he might be at it again in FS. Some "roughneck" user with two posts has a DHP with the same type pics Edward used.

He might have a story in a minute, but buyer beware. http://www.grandprixforums.net/threa...-DHP-powrtuner

I thought about that too, but this roughneck guy has been on here since 2012.

and to update the topic, Paypal finally decided to give me my money back after several weeks. lol
