I'm looking to send my DIC to someone and pay them some money + return postage to change the color of my DIC for me to blue. I would do it myself but I don't have a ton of experience with this sort of thing and would really rather not mess mine up considering the fact that replacing it isn't exactly cheap. If you're interested just post here or message me.

If you want your DIC blue just tighten your grip.

I put my "Dic in a box" and sent it to triebenbach07. He did it for $35 plus shipping. PM him, he should be able to help.

I ended up doing it myself. It looks pretty nice and only costed about $10 total for the LEDs and resistors from RadioShack.

There's an image of it before I put it back together. The actual color of blue it produces is a much nicer looking blue and it isn't so blinding as it appears in the picture. It's very bright though with a nice colored blue and the LEDs aren't visible through it. And no I did not follow a right up I just kind of broke it open and went at it.

Looks great!! Good ol fashioned American ingenuity
I wish there was a way to change the color of my speedo cluster on my 04....took that sucker apart and it looked like the tiny leds were stamped directly to the board traces, I just said F that. Now I know why it never happens on 04-08s
