    is it possible to take the gxp drive train and put it in a 98 regal or an "easy" conversion kit for it

    A GP GXP isn't RWD. Unless you're referring to the G8 GXP. For your answer, anything is possible with enough money. It'd all be custom fab though. Not sure if you can even use the Zeta platform to set the Regal chassis on.
