Ok so recently I've been having the abs and Trac light coming off and on. One time I was on when I started the car and stayed on. I drive about 30-40 minutes to work and the other morning it didn't come on at all. I'm guessing a dirty plug somewhere but what should I check? Brakes and rotors are brand new with maybe 5k on them

One of your hub bearings is going out, find someone with an abs scanner and that should tell which one it is.

I know one of the codes that got thrown a few weeks ago was wheel speed sensor but wouldn't it have tripped the abs and Trac lights then?

Yes the wheel speed sensor will trip the abs and track lights, that is what the wheel sensor is for. Whatever one it said it was for that is the one that you need to look at.

I threw on an old set of tires onto the car and noticed a hum when I'm above 35 but I figured it was the tire having a wear spot or something.... so maybe it's the hub going bad....?

Be sure all the plugs are intact, too. Once the factory harness shroud gets crumbly, more water can get into the connector than is good. Fixed one with electrical tape.

I gotta figure out what side mines on and tear into it. It's irritating me having those lights on and dinging.

I had this issue, changing the hubs didn't help. What I ended up doing was cleaning each connector with contact cleaner (aerosol), sensor cleaner should work also. Then I used some contact grease with copper in it and put it into each female connector and put them back together, no more problems. Not sure where you can get the copper grease from, my dad got it from GE when he worked maintenance there. There is a chance you have harness damage but try this first.
