Im gunna be doing control arms and ball joints this month, and as Im shopping around, I see that some brands have a special FE4 and FE3 control arm, while other brands dont list a difference. Like Dorman shows two different part numbers for the two different suspensions, but Moog only shows one part number across the board.

Does anyone have a Moog part number for the FE3 suspension on the Comp G?

Does anyone know what the difference in control arms actually is? Stiffer bushings in the FE3?

FE3 is the rpo code for a sport suspension. check your trunk lid for the sticker. being a comp g id think it came with it. my regal did.

I know the FE3 is the upgraded suspension, but that's the issue. Im not sure which control arms to get, I was going to go with the Moog ones but they dont specify.

pretty sure the only difference in the lca's is where the sway bar end links go on some 04-05 cars ( the strut) then they went back to the end link on the lca.

in the end the dimensions are the same.

if your sway bar end links go to the strut pretty sure you can still use the lca with the end link perch, cant see how it could be in the way.
