I have the jig welded for machining the LBJ plates for the monoball cup at a 14* angle so you can use monoball pins in the knuckle to adjust the roll center and regain the correct LCA angle

im at least doing two pairs, wondering if anyone else is interested

Hello, sorry to jump in here with a different subject. Do anyone have experience or know a write up on how to install new radiator on 08 gxp. I became the owner of an 08 gxp with 69100 miles a few days ago. I am flushing cooling system and found a little white calcium deposit on seam. like to change it b4 summer. I have front fascia off and fans ready to come out. but every item loosened requires another or several items to be removed b4 original part can be taken out. any help is appreciated.
    Thank you,

No, it would be easier to purchase everything welded and ready to install. Living in an apartment inhibits my ability to use my 220v welder.

Hello Turbocharged, I'm still interested in a pair of these LBJ plates and monoball cups. Do you have the monoball pins also? If you don't have the pins and I was to purchase these from you, would you mind providing a part number and retailer so I can purchase the correct items? Also, I would still like to purchase a set of the front and rear spherical bearing upper mounts from post #159. Color isn't an option if it would be easier on you. Thanks

you do know that the Roll center correcting lower ball joint and mono ballpins require use of the Steel Dorman knuckle right?
The steel 9c1 knuckle is a little skimpy compared to the Dorman but will work as well. Both requires drilling lbj taper hole top from 14mm to 5/8ths

Thas alot of $ just in the bearing cups/bearings lol

We have 2 sets of chromoly pins/spacers and knuckles from the initial suspension design we had for the twin engine 442 project.

I designed this stuff for big dog builds...so I didn't skimp on a damn thing lol

Turbocharged, I didn't know about the iron knuckles so that is now on the to-do list and the drilling of the LBJ mount doesn't scare me. I'm ready to go "Big Dog" as you put it and upgrade the suspension. Here in AZ the work commute or the quick trip to WalMart for groceries can be a little aggressive at times. LOL

If I have the correct part numbers, Summit has the FK CPW-12 cups for $12.97 each and the FK WSSX12T spherical bearings for $21.97 each. The UB Machine monoball pins are $18.20 each which comes to $106.28. I think I can manage that as long as I can get a set of your LBJ plates.
