So im installing my new sway bar and bracket and I cant for the life of me get the e.s. to stop popping up no matter how I tighten them down...I've used clamps...and all sorts of other things.. the stock ones do it too. Anyone have this problem? Am I doing something?

The entire bracket i tighten it most the way down then it just won't fully tighten. And it pops the bracket up.

Could the sway bar be prying it up somehow? Maybe put a jack on the knuckle to left up the whole strut/lca?

If the endlinks are not connected first, they there should never be an issue with the brackets. There can be a problem with the bolts stripping since it's a tight area, but that's not normal if you take your time. It sounds like something else is going on.
