    Are there specs for torque on the bolts for the wheel bearing to knuckle, and bolts holding the caliper assembly to the knuckle?
    I found the main spindle nut is 118, but can't find any reference for the above two.

    Snug, tight, don't break them are the specs.

    You don't need to torque them to spec, unless you are picky about that kind of stuff. I just blap with a air gun or get them really snug with a socket wrench.
