My 02 Grand Prix GT went 95k on one front hub and 110k on the other. Since then every replacement I've put on there has been lucky if it lasts 10k. I've double checked the torque with two different torque wrenches and even tried putting the torque 10lbs low. The alignment is fine and the car go's straight down the road with no vibrations. The tires wear nice and even and not excessive. It has new CV axles, struts and springs. I've used Autozone's Duralast hubs and also tried NAPA's cheaper hubs. Recently I just replaced the left one with a more expensive Timken hub with hopes of it lasting or at least it has a three year warranty so I won't have to pay another one for three years. Could it just be cheap parts or a mechanical problem that wears out these hubs?
