I picked up some Energy Suspension Poly (greasable with bracket).

Is the replacement as easy as it looks? Just the 2 bolts on each side?

The Sway Bar isn't going to snap out and hit me in the face or anything, is it?

The replacement is easy if you do it properly. You'll find the clearance to the rear bolts isn't all that great from looking in through the wheel well. If you'd like a couple of tricks, say the word.

Unbolt endlinks first and it can't snap, crackle or pop when you do the bushings.

    What's the word?

Clearance isn't that great, but I've dealt with much worse since I started.

lower the back of the sub frame to give you more room to get the back cap bolt off, the brake lines snake right past it on the drivers side and you dont want to f them up.

The front ones were the worst cause of that damn CV boot.

I may need to go invest in a 15mm ratchet tomorrow.

The fronts are the worst? C'mon. And if those other bolts are your definintion of bad.. you have a long painful road in front of you.

Get a 3 foot extension and a swivel socket. On the passenger side you pull the res, on the driverside..you fiddle for 5 minutes to get the right angle. Or ya lower the subframe 2 inches ...not more because you'll rip your steering off the shaft.

I did the rear sway bar swap without lowering anything, did it in 30 minutes. I think the worst was getting it to slide over the damn exhaust.

Fronts are easy still, I used a ratchet wrench and had it out in no time, I also swapped the sway bar, but that required dropping the sub frame a little.

Now if you try and remove springs from a strut housing without compressors...that might hit you in face.

Yeah I've got all ratchets and sockets. Ratchet wrenches 8-13mm. LOL. Damn it.

    That's make it insanely easier.

Just waiting until I rip the CV boot.

If you think you have a lot of tools, you don't want to talk to me then. I've given away probably 5-8 sets of wrenches..ratcheting and all. Still have like 6 sets

I'm pretty sure the bushing was slightly too big, but I don't even care any more. =)
