I found these struts for sale they are new. All ill have to do is just drop them in. Thier asking $1175.00. I know I can get the struts for $570, springs for $220, top plates for $170 and antipogo washers for $25. I cant find the price for the boot or spring pads so i cant full compair the price thats why Im asking here.

    It comes as follows:

    (4) KYB struts (AGX)
    (4) SSC lowering springs
    (4) New strut boots
    (4) New Rubber isolators (spring pads)
    (4) New Monroe top plates
    (4) Antipogo washers

You can piece the parts for much cheaper than that. Check out parts geek for the struts, rockauto for the rest and like Matt said for the springs.

Remember to also factor in some cash to get the engine raised back up since you're lowering, or you may risk damaging an axle. Shorter dog bones are good for the price.

What springs can I go with if I dont want to lower? I was thinking of going with eather the excel g's or gr-2's. My gtp is a dd so i dont want to go to crazy on it just yet. Plus im moving soon (like 5 days) and its a 2,000 mile trip and would like it to have a better ride than it does now mine are GONE.

Motor mount spacers are far better than shorter dog bones and they are olny 25-30 bucks depending on where you get them.

SSC springs/canuck springs only drop the car around maybe 1in to begin with. It will take 5-10k miles or so to make the springs settle another .3 to .5 inches. I run them and have no problems as of yet, only have maybe 1,600 miles on them.

You can go vogtland if you want the drop to be around 1". If you stay stock just get the gr2's/excel g's.

That's what I ended up doing. I got the Gr2 with Monroe top mounts. While in the area I installed my dorman frt sway bar with moog link. Now all I have to do is upgrade the rear sway bar. Thanks for all the info I'll be doing a longs a$$ drive this week so I'll let u guy know how the gr2s did.
