squeeling from front right wheel

I am hearing a constant sqweeling from right front wheel. When I apply the brakes the noise goes away. Are my pads worn? I prob have 20k miles on them. The car drives just fine.. what is the noise?

I would take them apart and inspect them.

Maybe the slides are sticking and the pads ride on the rotor just enough to make noise.

Could also be a cheap pad on it way out.
