04 GTP rack issue?

My 04 GTP doesn't want to turn left easily when going slow.
Can it be something other than the rack and pinion?
and how many hours am i looking at as a novice mechanic to put in a new rack n pinion?

thats a rack. i did mine all alone. took 4 hours. first time doing a rack. its easy on paper. its just all the bolts are in tight places.

You did the same 04-08 Grand Prix?

mines a 98 regal, its all the same tho. pretty much looking at 22 nuts and bolts 10 of which are lug nuts.
