Hey everyone. I am currently rebuilding my engine and trans in my 2000 GTP. While everythng is out I would like to install my Aluminum subframe and replace the bushings with something firmer. Like most of you I have looked for poly bushings and came up short. Does anyone have any real world experiance on which GM (or aftermarket) bushings will do the job? I seem to remember reading somthing about buying and installing factory bushings from a 08 GXP with the sport suspension option, but I cant seem to remember. Thanks for the help

Honestly if it were me I wouldn't even worry about those bushing. Brand new factory ones will work great. Just make your engine/trans solid mounts or poly and upper dog bones poly if you want a real firm teeth jarring feel.

Thanks for the input Fivefinger. Currently I have the Aluminum upper dog bones with poly bushings on both ends. I will be replacing the lower trans and motor mount with either the poly version or new "filled with urethane mod" stock style mounts.
