My brakes have been screeching pretty bad lately and it seems its just getting worse. I have new calipers, rotors, pads, hardware. What could be causing this screeching??

    What parts did you use?
    Did you lube things properly?
    Did you use pad goop?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    Ceramic pads?
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

I used stock aftermarket stuff from a local auto parts store. Yes I lubed everything and gooped the pads.

As silly as it may sound, did you check if the dust guard wasn't touching the rotor?

(Pop your wheel off, look behind the rotor, if the dust guard is awfully close, bend it the other way. Mine had this screeching sound once, was the issue.)

Well, you're likely to get a little squeal if you don't use ceramic. But maybe see what's touching, if something loose, or wobbly.

Sad to say but I don't remember the brands. Some brands that I've never heard of.

I know. I had a small budget at the time. I'll do a brake upgrade later on.

im guessing you have a grand prix...i had the same problem about a month ago...take the wheel off and in between the hub assembly and the steering knuckle there is a metal bracket that is easily bent. It holds the abs wires in place and also makes it so that the hub will come out if you need to remove it. But make sure that that piece of metal in between them is not bent and touching the rotors. Especially on the part of it thats at the bottom side of the rotor as it only has a few millimeters between it and the rotor to begin with
