Holy crap really? Is that usd or cnd? I only ask cause I have to do mine too! Well maybe just the rear, they knock alot
Usd. All brand new sensa-trac struts, mounts, seats, bearings, and bushings.
Considering I'm not running big mods, I don't really need anything spectacular. I just need something better than stock. It's all about personal preference and I've had great experience with Monroe. A lot of people talk highly about KYB and I've seen a handful of those systems fail miserably. I would like to get Eibach but it's not really worth the money for what little I need.
A terrible downgrade.
You could buy new bilsteins, but you'd spend an easy grand, if not more by the time you're done.
Issue is, they're worn out. So anything will ride better.
Also your sig is too tall.
200 px max height.
I've never heard of KYB struts failing miserably on our cars.
Not sure I can afford bilsteins. Lol. I knew it had a sporty package, but didn't know it was a name brand. That puts a damper on things.. Any idea if it's the HD or comfort series?
If you can live without the car for a while then sure.
Id opt for comforts unless lowering.
You guys are talking about different brands of struts n shocks? But is there a air bag set up that can be installed? If so, where can I look?
Nice thread hijack.
Had KYB they sucked after about 6 months Monroe was noticeably different. I did all 4 struts (quick struts) , tie rod ends sway bar, motor mounts 4 rotors and pads, lca's all at once old stuff had 300,000 miles on it it was like a new car
On a GXP stick with bilsteins.
I'll have to price some bilstein comforts at work later. I want to do everything all at once, but if it's gonna rape my wallet I'll probably do mounts first.
Haha. Definitely on a Saturday afternoon. Once I figure out what I'm getting, should be in the next few weeks.
Found some bilstein comforts for 155 each. Booyah!
