brakes are about the easiest thing to change on your car.

in this vid the guy changes the caliper, but you dont need to do that, you simply take the tire off, the 2 slider bolts that hold the caliper on the bracket, pull the caliper off, and hang it or rest it so its not hanging on the hose. if your changing the rotors as well, remove the 2 bolts that hold the caliper bracket on. then the rotor will come off.

before this step, open the cap on the master cylinder, sometimes fluid will over flow out the top. the caliper will need to have the piston pushed back in/ opened back up. if you have two dimples on the lip of your piston you need to turn the piston back in, if not, put the old pad back in place (over the piston) and use a large C clamp to squeeze the piston back in.

after you have it all off, put the new rotor back on, then the caliper bracket, then the new pads in the caliper bracket, then slide the caliper over the new pads. before you put the caliper bolt/sliders back in, clean and re grease them with synthetic brake grease. work it in good.

cap the master cylinder, put tire back on. pump the pedal a few times to get it firm again. go for a test ride.

04+ cars are different in the rear brakes.

You can not push them in like you do fronts.

They are turn in/spin in style calipers.
