Thread: slp sway bars?

I am looking into getting some slp sway bars because there slp and they are the thickest according to the swaybar thread. I have a 06 prix, could i still use my stock a-arms? I was once told that if i got any swaybar other than the GMPP ones that I would need to get the 98-03 a-arms. Is this correct or not and why? Thx.

Where does you sway bar connect right?

Does it have LINKS like what fords use or does it have a smaller bushing that bolts down into the control arm instead of the strut tower.

And a dorman bar will do just fine, its way better than stock.

dont get slps for retail price, theyre not worth it.

I've been thinking of getting SLPs for autocross, I have GMPP and they are a huge improvement. Did you happen to have the Dorman before the SLP?

Oh now I got it its the second one...is there an aftermarket sway bar that will fit my car besides GMPP?

youll need to change your lower control arms to the 97-03 ones if you plan on running any aftermarket swaybars. id say you should get dorman front bar (rockauto has it) amd gmpp rear bar, along with some aftermarket trailing arms.
