I know there's other threads on this topic, so I'm not gonna try and ask what could be causing it. I know it could be the ball joints, strut mounts, struts, outer tie rod ends, or...etc., etc. My '02 GT has 204,000 miles on it, so I'm just gonna rebuild the entire front suspension.

My question is: I wanna replace my strut mounts also, so when ordering quick struts like the Monroe, KYB, or Leacree's, do I just order any strut mount kit and call it good? It looks like some kits, from different brands, come with different components.

What exactly do I need to order to change my struts and strut mounts when using a quick-strut set up?

    Thanks.

I think quick strut comes assembled with everything including mount and strut bearing????

You mat just need tools and some know-how.

quick struts are fully assembled, take off old ones and throw in new ones. kyb quick struts ride a bit firmer and have the stock height vs monroe that raise the car a lil bit but ride softer.

with that many miles, id do the rear struts as well.

    Thanks guys!

I plan on changing the rears, also, but first things first.

Probably go with the softer ride. I put about 30k/year on it, so the better the ride, the better I feel...
