if you spin them all the way down youll be tucking like an inch or two of tire and you wont be able to drive because you'll be riding the bump stops the entire time.
these coilovers are 100% not the best solution for going very low. if you want to dump the hell out of your car you are much better off making your own with shorter strut bodies and shorter springs. yes, it takes a little more effort, but the ride quality will be that much better for how low you are.
If you buy coilovers will you please leave your hood on?
than springs? it really depends on a lot, like strut valving mostly. however, it should be better than springs the lower you go.
either way youre still reducing the strut travel the lower you go, which is an inherent flaw in the design of them.
This demonstrates the best and in my opinion, only way to properly lower a vehicle.

Obviously, I've been doing it way wrong. I used five nuts.
Depends on what you buy from them.
Just call.
Buying from Held gives you the option to pick your spring rates
You can go from I believe 200 to 400 in 25 lb incriments. Give Richard a call. I can't remember what he said he recommends for DD's.
