I think I could make my own Engine & Trans Mount Spacers instead of buying them. Does anybody have the dimensions so I got something to go by.

2x3" rectangle, 1/4" thick, so far so good? how many of these do I need?
how far apart and big do the holes need to be?

On the motor mount side. I measured between the two bolts and noted the approximate length that would fit in the bucket. Then for the top of the mount, measure there as well. I'm assuming you need 1/2" total spacing.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    done.
why can't I use the existing engine and transmission mounts?

so far I have the SSC springs and anti pogo washers

thinking of just using my stock struts as they are still in good shape

well you can use the existing ones if you want, but that means youll have to have the car apart to do it. buying new motor mounts gives you the ability to do it on the side and put everything together all at once.

I needed 1/4" on top and bottom of the mount to keep it correct. 1/2" wouldn't fit on just top or just bottom for me, so I split it up.
