My brother and I did a bunch of work to his 2000 GTP last night.

I made a bracket and swapped C6 brakes onto my 98 TA, so I took the old calipers and drilled out the bracket holes and retapped them for the GP bolts. Then we blasted the calipers and powdercoated them. Bolted right on, no problem.

Mine: 1998 Trans Am - 6.0L and T56 swap, C6 brakes, nitrous, not slow
Brother 1: 1998 Grand Prix GT 2-door - 3.8L SC and 5-spd manual swap coming soon
Brother 2: 2000 Grand Prix GTP 4-door - stock until he learns to stop breaking his junk.

How did you go about the rotors? do you have to drill them out?

The rotor part number is the same for the 00-05 imp's as the 98-02 F bodies.

The hub bore is the same, but the lug holes are enlarged to fit both bolt patterns.

Yep, this man speaks the truth. Saves money for the manufacturer to do it this way.
