Not too long ago I had a guy weld one of my rear sway bar brackets but since then it snapped off, leaving only the bolt and a little bit of the bracket. The problem is I have a pretty thick sway bar (probably the GMPP) but I cannot find a place to buy a replacement bracket. I went to the junk yard to get two brackets off a different Grand Prix, but they are for the OE size bar. Definately too small. So if anyone has some larger brackets, please let me know how to contact you.

I drive a '98 GTP and the owner before me put the current sway bar on.

The GMPP bar uses the stock bracket. Different rubber bushing, but stock bracket. If you want a low cost alternative pick up Energy Suspension urethane 9.5123G. Then take about 2mm off each side of the bracket and that'll replace your factory bracket and slide right into the subframe slot.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Okay. Thanks for that tip. I looked at the sizes that are posted, and I think my sway bar has got to be the SLP, which is 25mm thick. The bracket is bigger than the stock bracket. I previously bought the Energy Suspension 9.5161R Bushing Set in order to replace the bushings when the bracket cracked the first time. Turns out the brackets from that package were still in my trunk, so I'll try cutting one and see if it works out.

Here's the bracket I modified and put on the car. Problem solved.
