If he's talking about Monroe's quick struts then you just went from lowering the car to lifting it. Mine looks awful now, I'm sending them back under their 60 day warranty even though I've had them for 6 months, I just made a huge deal about it and they gave in.

    How did it ride though?

Sure it'll be higher, but thats only because your springs are worn.

Do the quick struts end up costing just as much as lowering the car? Might as well lower it if its the same cost.

So did some math and research today. IF ANYONE HAS LOWER PRICES ON ANY OF THIS WITH A SOURCE LET ME KNOW.

    Struts
AGX struts (Rockauto) - 579.16 or AGX struts (Ebay) - 533.44
    GR2 (Rockauto) - 247.16

    Springs
    Eibach (new) - 252.85, shipped
    B&G (new) - 212.13, shipped

    Misc prices are estimated
    Pogo Washers - 35-40
    Vinnie Spacers - 50
    Strut Mounts(Rockauto) - 73.40

    Quick Struts
    Monroe (Rockauto) - 467.56

    Totals

    AGX/Eibach - 832.01
    AGX/B&G - 791.29
    GR2/Eibach - 500.01
    GR2/B&G - 459.29

+ 160 roughly for the misc for a lowered car

As of right now I might lower on B&G with GR2. Id rather be lower for some more money then lifted for a little savings.

No prices include shipping unless stated.

Get Springtechs and you'll save about 60 on springs. Might end up needing halfshafts after lowering too...always worth taking into consideration. I had a nasty vibration and had to replace both of them.

I bought my pogo washers from zzp. I know they're cheaper there than Wbody Store.

Still don't think the shorter dogbones are going to do anything for you

Welp. You could always cut a coil or two out of them.

I hope you are being sarcastic. Cutting coils is the worst thing you could do.
