    Any ideas as to what that part is called? Also is it easy to change?
    The car is leaning hard to the right.
    It's a 1996 Grand Prix.

    Pretty sure it's a leaf spring. I could be very wrong though.

    Just look at the list of suspension parts on RockAuto, they usually have diagrams with each part.

    That's the monoleaf spring, they're fiberglass so it's trashed once split like that. So right now your suspension is not supported right now.

    LOL, those aren't whitewalls. That's salt from the harsh winters up here.
    This isn't my car, I wash my car on a regular basis. This is my sisters car.
    Thanks for all the suggestion. I called around and found out I either have to order one from the states or go to the junk yard and pull one off my self.

    i have the same thing on my car

    similiar to the ones on the C6 corvette. ask blue91gtp (i may have the user name wrong) he lowered his pregen wiht the monoleaf. i dont remember off hand if it was the same or not
