Can i run these two together? will i have to roll my fenders or will there still be a lil wheel gap? its for an 04 gt but i saw a guy on gpona go with the 03 ssc's and those r rated at less of a drop. would i be better off doing that?

SSC's drop more on 04+ because they are heavier.

You can run them together but the struts wont last very long. 20-40 K miles.

    struts will last longer, yes.

Slightly better handling, slightly lowered car.

Less axle problems and LCA bushing/ball joint wear.

run the ones from an 03.

you'll drop more, but theres nothing that can be done about it.

you'll notice it more than you would on a 97-03

I run this pair on mine but It's a 97. They look great. Probably the perfect drop for some 18's. They will last quite a while if you don't have crappy roads. I think my top mount plates are starting to go out on me. It's been about 15k with bumpy roads and me driving like a retard on them. The struts and springs are still working great tho.

if youre going to drop the car then vogtlands are a waste of money, in my opinion. if you want to go low, just do it. dont play around with springs that dont lower the car that much.

you can get whatever you want out of the struts. they really dont blow as fast as people say. it is something you get used to after so long of driving it.

you are asking a lot of questions about lowering that you shouldnt be asking if you have been researching a little.

    check out this thread:

yes i have read that, but it doesnt answer the questions about rather my road conditions will affect my struts? and it doesnt have a picture on an 04 with the 1.7 inch drop... so i am just in the middle of the decision
