500$ seems cheap for one side, my shop charges 1k flat per side. but thats removing welding in modified patch, epoxying painting and undercoating.
por 15 HAS to be used on rusty metal for it to bond properly

That was 500 for both sides, now idk if that included all that other stuff u mentioned
