Go to the "How To" section and click on:
Engine Mount Replacement by Abrasive
They did a good job of describing how to replace the motor mount, pictures and everything.

It's not too bad, I'd recommend replacing the trans mount at the same time, It's just easier that way while you are already under there... you'll need a ratchet w/15mm socket and combo wrench...
