yeah it has to be a good amount.. you can look at my car and see how much the tires lean in on the top.. i can get a pic tomorrow when it's daylite... on from the side then one with the tire wear.

Just grind the top holes your self about one bolt width on each side, tighten the strut back up and get it aligned.
that looks normal, to be honest.
Thats about what my setup looks like... im running the kyb gr2's with the camber bolts in the rear at about +2*total camber and eibach springs, and im only seeing accelerated wear on the outside edge of my front tires and hardly any wear on the rear and i deliver pizzas in the mountains of Tennessee about 100miles a day:,( ... poor car
yeah it may look normal, but something is wearing all 4 tires on the inside... wasn't like that till i dropped it, the pics are hard to tell but they are leaning in just a bit at the top. With all the driving i do it's killing the tires..
Then get an alignment.
