I just replaced my front sway bar with a upgraded gmpp one because my stock one was broken completely and making a terrible banging noise, and now im dealing with another brand new suspension/front end noise. Now there is a thumping noise coming from what i believe is the drivers front. it sounds like a rotational noise because it follows the speed of the wheel ie: thumps faster or slower depending on my speed from 5-50ish. its not a grinding noise, and it only happens when driving in a straight line. goes away when turning left or right.

i made sure all the bolts i accessed to install the sway bar were tight today, but still making this thumping noise.. Any ideas what this might be?

Did you install the bar upside down? You need to if not. It's probably hitting the downpipe.

    What I'm thinking as well.

Easy fix, just pull it back out and flip it the other way.
