The stock stamped u-channel trailing arms on my GP are bent. Looking to replace with tubular ones. It's not a racecar, so I'd rather avoid going BMR or ZZP or whatever if something cheaper will do the job. I've seen people say that GXP trailing arms are tubular and will fit... and are relatively cheap. It's '04+, but doubt that would matter.

If it's the way to go instead of spending $120, does anyone have a part number?

Oh... just found it, I think. Don Rom posted the p/n on gpona. This look right to you's? 15856683 - GM ARM

Okay, found UMI's cheaper than ZZP by $10 ($110 v $120). They're .25" wider, but they're mild steel, whereas ZZP's are chromoly - I can't figure out which is better. GXP arms are like...$70.

why not GMPP trailing arms? not tubular, but they are only like $30-$40.

I don't see tubular trailing arms giving you much of a difference.

Yes. I have read, however, that the GXP trailing arms are the same as the GMPP tubular trailing arms. The problem is that nobody's confirmed that for me yet. That would be the cheapest option for me, so long as they're good trailing arms.

UMI's are good. I have a set on my comp G. I also had the privilege of touring their shop. They do everything in house from start to finished product.

They will fit. There was a guy on gpona that put a pair of them on.
