so my DP is sitting on my sway bar. just noticed it today... i know it can cause vibration.. but would it cause a really BAD vibration when suspension is depressed under throttle.. i have this vibration that i can only feel when on the gas and driver side front strut is depressed. if im not on throttle and that strut depresses i cant feel it. i was leaning towards bad axle. but seeing the downpipe sitting directly on sway bar is leading me to believe different.

EDIT: also when i let off gas i hear a short lite knocking sound... does it when i press the gas too..doesnt have to have suspension depressed to do that.

yes, it would cause a bad vibration. flip it.

youre getting false knock up the butt hole from that too.

i KNEW u would answer this... ive thought this whole time it was my axle. this explains alot, gonna seal those headers AND flip the sway bar this weekend. with a ton of false knock, im guessing that would cut timing? make car run like a dog sometimes?

yes, youd be running 10* or less when it was pulling timing from that false knock.

After 2 years of being here im still learning, i always knew a 3 in downpipe could cause a vibration but didnt think it would cause false knock to the point of it cutting timing down.
