My shocks are totally blown, and the rear of the car is sagging. Blehh. I have no clue what shocks I should buy for this car. I want them to be stiffer, but am not looking for adjustable ones, I also do not like KYB.

And, I figure since I am going to be doing that I should get new springs too. Any suggestions? I want them to lower the car as little as possible while being stiffer.

    ...

I guess I just kinda miss the handling of my bmw... Sure don't miss its utter lack of power though.

whats your deal with KYB? one of your only upgrade paths is KYB GR2 struts. they are stiffer than stock, but are of stock specs.

I just always hear of KYB not lasting that long XP

How well did you car clear stuff after those springs? And are the eibachs progressive rate?

they are progressive, but the car is pretty low. over large roll curbs and speed bumps id have to go over them crooked and i still scraped my exhaust a number of times.

they would probably need to be replaced every 20k miles to feel nice with GR2s, but they are cheap so its a trade off.

I recommend you get the AGX's if you are going to lower the car. The least amount of drop is a set of vogtland springs. Those you can use GR2's since the drop is minimal. But I would still go with the AGX's.

Perhaps I will just stick with the stock springs then - I looked at the vogtland ones and they also look like they are progressive. Or maybe I will go grab some intrigue springs for the rear like I have heard a few people talk about. NE ways, guess I will get the KYBs

I find it really annoying how easy it is to scrape the underside of this car. I could clear more with my 525i with H&R springs. XP

Oh, and you guys are awesome. Thank you for all the input.
