i've been having this noise (tss tss tss tss tss) almost like bad brake pads, coming from the front end drivers side of my car for the past few months. it only happens when i am turning the wheel right while driving. i also recently noticed a clunking feeling/noise when driving in parking lots and what not. I've been reading around trying to find out what it might be and i think it could be a bad cv shaft. It definitely isn't a bearing because i changed that out a month and a half ago with a brand new timken one. any other ideas on what would be causing that noise?

Get a brake inspection... The brake pads on the front may be close to nothing if it's a metallic noise. I know its been awhile since you posted so it may be fixed, but I came across it and thought I'd give you my 2 cents from experience

Could be the outer CV joint on the left hand (driver-side). Are any of the CV boots ripped?

did you replace the rear rotors, they have a grove on the rotor where it rides on the dust shield. if so that would cause that squealing noise, and sometimes to adjust them. On the front brakes check you retaining clips that hold your brake pads. the click or clunk might be a worn axle or ball joint. Also check your rear sway bar end links the ones that connect to the shock and the sway bar. check your front tie rod ends too. Mine was dried out causing my cluck in parking lots.

The cv boots looked fine, no grease or cracks. I did not replace the rear rotors or pads, only the fronts. this weekend im gonna jack it up and check everything you guys said. Hopefully i can solve this once and for all and move onto some go fast parts lol.
