Anyone with any experience on the ceramic version? I've had Hawk HPS on powerslot rotors before. They didn't squeal, but I noticed a bit of dust. How different will initial bite and wear be with ceramics?

i went with R1 eline and ceramic scorched pads. best damn brakes ive ever owned.

for 20 bucks more you get rotors and pads. did all 4 brakes for just under 200 shipped.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

Thanks, Scotty. I have R1 eline's waiting to go on. Pads did come with, but the packaging is different from their "Scorched" ones.

The rotors look good. I like them.

Closer pic of the included pads. Says ceramic, of course. I'm sure the plain box is fine, but I wasn't sure what to expect. Their ebay store has Scorched pads in boxes not like these.

I've run Hawk HPS on PowerSlot (now Stoptech) before and had zero noise but dust-o-plenty. Hoping better ceramics are a little gentler on the rotors too.
