To drop subframe far enough to replace bushing does the following sound right?
    1. Jackstand on front of subframe
    2. Support engine with hydraulic Jack and wood on oil pan
    2. Hydraulic jack on middle of rear part of subframe with safety jack just below that by 3 inches.
    3. Unscrew subframe rear bolts
    4. Slowly lower hydraulic jack a couple of inches
    5. remove bushings

    I'm I missing something?

Also, front bushings from dorman are 924-006
I couldn't find bushings for the rear anywhere other from GM. We would impala rear bushings work? 924-007

    close, but no cigar.

jack stands under the cars body, aka the rockers at the pinch welds if they are not rotted out of course.

then a jack under the rear part of the frame, you want to just kiss the jack to the frame to hold it up, then remove the bolts, then lower the frame 2 inches and swap the bushings. repeat for the fronts.

dont lower the back part of the frame more then that 2 inches or you'll tear the steering shaft apart.

I used a chrysler 3 jaw puller on the fronts. Works like a charm.
