I had my vehicle shipped across Canada recently. I got my car back yesterday and when I took it out for a drive I noticed that when I brake...my brakes are bumping. I had my whole brake system replaced a few months ago and haven't had an issue until now.

Any ideas what could have happened and how I can stop this? Thanks

So the brakes are pulsating when applied? It's most likely rust build-up or brake pad deposits on the rotors (probably rust or corrosion). Either get the rotors cut or replace them, they aren't all that expensive on Rock Auto.
For thine is the Cam, The Piston, and The Rod, Forever and ever (or until they break). Amen.
