We got 3 sets of these from 3 different company's installed in 3 different 97-03 GP's, they all stay on white when park-lights are on and flash yellow but the yellow is washed out by the always on white.

Is there a fix to this with another flasher or relay, or are they all just crap bulbs?

Got a set of Diode Dynamics 3157 switchbacks, they do exactly what all the switchback leds say they are going to do. So, avoid ebay and amazon switchbacks folks. The ones from diode dynamics are the ones you want!
