I'm having some issues I believe to be related to my head unit/interface setup, that's causing my aeroforce to not function. I'm investigating it, but if I determine that it's worth getting a new setup because my current HU or interface doesn't jive with my cars data system I wanna be prepared with a list of ideas for replacement that I know works for others.

Right now I have a kenwood 452u tied to the car with a gmos-04 interface, monsoon system with xm and onstar.

I'd be wanting something midrange, $150-$200, single or double din... Preferably kenwood or jvc but I'm open to suggestions of other brands.

so if you have a working aeroforce and an aftermarket head unit, let me know what you have!

No issues with my single din alpine Ida-x305

Had another alpine deck I had no problems with, and a single din Kenwood I had no problems with.

Dual aeroforce setups works fine with all these for me.

What interfaces/harness? Was it with a monsoon setup?

No monsoon setup, no xm either. 01 car, so I removed all the onstar stuff.
Wiring harness is just an adapter between stock and headunit, plus I added an alpine power pack, and the harness to allow for my wheel controls work.
