u hit 140db with one lanzar sub?
O.k :S. Since you know my car you know that I have 2 more amps behind the box running my mids and tweets in my front and rear doors and my 6x9's in the rear deck. And the sub is a DC 15 it is old school but do some reaserch before you get to shooting off there is a hyundai in the states that hit 150db with Lanzars just because they are not MA or what ever don't mean they are no good.

No Problem, as soon as winter is over I will it is winter here, I take my subs and amp out for the winter but I will take a picture of my empty trunk if you would like to see it.

you guys are hilarious. 140 db with almost any subwoofer aint ****. i have a single 15 in my truck that does a 141.47db. when i had my 4 12's i was doing a 146.98. people that are not competitors have no idea how easy 140 is. 150 is a completely different story though. go to a stereo competition then tell me 140 is not possible with 1 subwoofers. alan dante the loudest man on earth hits a 181+ with a single 18. a guy in cali is doing a 150+ with a type r 10 and 4,000 rms.

with the exception of the 18's and i wasnt all that impressed with those seeing that he obviously had the hatch popped open making the flex look like more than it actually was....u call that "real car audio setup"? my 2 10 in Digital Designs model 1510 will do that on a 500 watt memphis Dclass and the amp i have isnt pushing anywhere what my 10's can handle....and yes i will post video as soon as i get my subs back from DD. perhaps we just have different points of view on a system....steve meade and his ppl have "real car audio setups"
fyi buddy the hatch is not open if it were the tunign freq. of the box would skyrocket and the subs would bottom out. there is a **** ton of pressure inside that box so everything flew's like a *****. here are pics of mine right after world finals

not everyone needs 4 18's and 20,000 watts to be loud. the eclipse is a world record holder and a world champion. what does meade hold record wise besides he loud as hell. the mic is where its at man.
dont quote me but i think meade holds the record for loudest SUV in the world...

ur correct about him not holding any records...i googled it...i thought i read it somewhere..oh well i was wrong. :) ill get some video if DD will ever send my subs back. got a memphis pr1000 on layaway to pushem with...my 500D isnt enuff...well it is ,but it isnt. lol
my point is...i dont think that lanzar 15 will crank out 140db...im gonna have to see video on that one.
