Seat belt light stays on?

my seatbelt light stays on even after I fasten my seat belt. I'm riding alone but it goes off after a while. Any help??

I had the same problem, I pulled the bulb out from the dash.... Later to find that the wires under the seat were frayed. I fixed it but never re-installed the bulb
