Who makes a good set of tweeters that fit where the stock tweeters go? Or that can fit with slight modifications?

Yea but no reply so far. Most prob just eliminated them or stuck with stock when upgrading their other speakers. i ripped out my stock ones with intent of replacing them with something better and have yet to do so. Was lookin to see if i could get a few opinions before i got any to get an idea of what might fit.

1 inch is what it call for. but i am more than likely gonna use the cadence cvl-6k component set up front. it has a 1.75 tweet i believe. either way make it fit. custom doesnt come easy lol

I mounted my Kicker RS components on the outside of the door. Crappy pic (taken at night) but I had to cut out the mesh for the 6 1/2 to fit in and had to cut out the inside of the tweeter hole where the metal mesh connected. Looks clean and sounds great

I am running jl and put them in the top of the door panels. I have a post around here somewhere with the picture of them. When the pic was taken it was kicker rs tweets before the change over. I thibk the pic is in the post up your equip thread. I like where I put them a lot. Improved staging too.

I have memphis components, and they are immaculate! But everyone has an opinion, bottom line is you tend to get what you pay for.

    a few other recommendations
