I plugged my aeroforce gauge in and it won't turn on the red lights flash but the screen won't turn on. It worked originally when I first plugged it in and I can get it to come on if I unplug it then plug it back in. How do I fix this?

Do you have the red jumper in the back removed and a constant 12v power source going to it from the 3 wire harness that you need?

I don't think I have the red jumper removed but I got the 12v installed

I have tried the radio, the sunroof, and just about every other turn-key accessory and I still have to re-plug it for anything to happen other than flashing lights! I can completely unplug the add-a-circuit and it has the same effect. It can power from the OBDII port, it just won't activate to display until I remove power and reapply it while the car is running.

But I did notice that after I get it working, if I turn off the car it stays on for about 15-30 seconds, and if I restart the car in that time period it works perfectly.

Try connecting it to the MALL PGM Fuse.

That's where mine is, and havent had an issue. Also, make sure the red jumper in the back is removed.

    Connected to Mall PGM

    No red jumper used.

If I replugged it, it'll work for as long as it's running. If I turn it off and on again before the screen goes out it works. If the screen goes out before I start the car, I have to replug it to use it again.
