    are you talking about the one mounted in between the rad fans? or am i looking in the wrong spot?

    if the out side temp on the climate control is wrong, like way off form the real out side temp, the car dont know how to act. like im sure your a/c wont come on at all with it broken.

    its one of them things, its electronics. they do odd stuff when just one sensor goes out. that ones pretty important tho.

    oh sorry, my bumper is open on the regal, i can see the ground between the rad and bumper. its like to one side of the hood latch by the grill area. you may be able to see it looking thought the grill.

    sensor looks fine... idk if its just defective or something but it looks perfectly normal

    well sure it looks fine lol my EGR went bad, it looked just fine as well, see my point.

    you need to change it. its a outside temp sensor.

    Ok i ordered an ambient air temp sensor from oreillys yesterday and today i went to pick it up... when i went to put it on (before paying for it) i noticed that regardless of whether the old one or new one was plugged in or if it was even plugged in at all it still read the same temperature..

    it may be able to change hot to cold but lost the vent control or something along with the ext temp.
