I have a 98 GTP without the factory 12 disc changer. Is the wiring for it in the car from the factory? I have the plug behind the radio for it. I'm just not sure where it's routed to. I have the 12 disc changer from my last grand prix and would like to add it to this one. Thanks for any info

Take a look behind the carpet where it was on the last prix. aka passengerside in the trunk. I've heard of a few models having the wiring.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

I looked behind the carpet in the trunk and didn't see it. I didn't know if it was coiled up under the seat or something like that. Like I said, I have the plug behind the radio

if its behind the radio i would suspect it to be in one of the trunk wiring looms. sometimes they hide em

Look up at the underside of the rear deck as well. I may have seen there there.
